Berga 56.5cm

Specification

Built in 1947 by Berga (who began in c. 1913 in Vicenza, Italy), this vintage racing cycle is a rare find in such good condition. The cycle represents an early period of Italian cycling history and the evolution of the derailleur bicycle. Orignally fitted with a rear mounted gear lever change, the teeth can still be seen for the mechanism on the rear Campagnolo extended dropouts. The mechanism has since been upgraded to a 1950s set up. Presented with its original crank and nickel plated fork caps, this cycle is superb!
